This is a discounted fee for Diamond Coaching Member Ray Higdon for the Production of 1 Audio Program.  It includes the Production Fee, Engineering Fee, Intro and Conclusion Royalty Free Music, Intro and Closing Remarks for Ray to deliver will be Guided by Jerry Clark, Cover Design for O-Card & CD Imprint, Mastering Fee, (& up to $50 towards an ISBN # fee).  It does not include the fee for Duplication/Replication of 1,000 CDs nor the Shipping Costs of those CDs... (Jerry Clark also has the right to purchase up to 500 CDs at replication cost via his choice of bulk cds or with o-cards (this purchase by Jerry Clark will include up to 500 digital downloads (matching # that Jerry purchases) since some of Jerry's Members receive CDs via Download instead of Physically & some prefer to both receive the CD and to Download so they can put on their MP3 player.  Ray will not receive royalties from Jerry for these programs)).  Any additional CDs/Downloads past the above mentioned numbers will have to be purchased by Jerry Clark from Ray Higdon at a price they agree on.

Ray will be the Sole CopyRight Holder; however, Jerry Clark of ClubRhino.com must be credited somewhere on the back cover and cd when Ray Publishes them.  It is also understood that Ray will not pay Jerry Clark any Royalties for this CD.  Jerry Clark will work with Ray throughout the entire process of this project all the way until final delivery of Ray's CD -- which is tentatively called "Maintaining Your Power".  The CDs are expected to be delivered by or before February 14th, 2012 assumming Ray orders them as soon as the Masters are completed.

This payment represents the total payment from Ray Higdon to Jerry Clark in order to receive a completed Master of the Project.
