My good friend, Jeff Combs has a new book which will be released in April of 2005 called "Psychologically Unemployable"...  He asked if I would write the FOREWORD to the book and I graciously accepted...  Here's the rough draft of what I wrote... You can say that you saw it first...

 FOREWORD

Yes, I know what you are thinking…  Psychologically Unemployable must be a book for those goof balls that don’t have the basic talent necessary to get and keep a decent job…  No, not at all…  Instead, the book you now hold in your hands is specifically designed for those who realize that the talent they possess is worth a lot more than a J.O.B. could ever pay them… 

I’m not just making this up… I remember reading some Statistics from the U.S. Census Bureau (we’re talking about the Government of the United States of America) and they said that approximately 87% of Americans will retire in Poverty…  (That’s less than $11,418 per year – these are the 2004 figures)…  Less than 6% of people 65 years or older have annual retirement income that exceeds $50,000…  We’re not talking about some Third World Country – we’re talking about the United States of America…

But Jerry, you may be thinking, it will never happen to me…

Please… Spare me the delusions…  What do you think the 87% who retire in Poverty Said?  Yep, you guessed it, “It will never happen to me.”

But unless you are properly Educated, thoroughly Equipped, constantly Empowered, and actively Engaged in a process of deliberate transformation – then, my friend, it will also happen to you…

This is where the author of this book; my good friend Jeff Combs comes in…

Jeff believes that the entire system of Employment is simply a Trap that keeps people broke, busted, and disgusted their entire lives…  It’s just another way of keeping people in bondage, and it keeps most people stuck in what can be called, “Modern Day Slavery”…

That’s right, Bill Gates, Oprah Winfrey, Steven Spielberg, Michael Dell, Steven Jobs, Martha Stewart, Richard Branson, and many more are all examples of people who are or once were Psychologically Unemployable…
