At the heart of the award-winning design is an exceptional interior courtyard area featuring a swimming pool and spa designed to resemble an Italian fountain with waterspouts from within the pool itself. At each comer of the courtyard is a step down entry. Panoramic expanses of windows surround the courtyard for maximum visual impact from throughout the incomparable interiors. The show home, by Fred Wynn in his exclusive European Nouveau architecture, is reminiscent of Dallas' premier estates. Richly enhancing the design are exquisite Mediterranean inspirations including five fireplaces, extensive plaster moldings and columns, art niches and Italian Botticino marble in the foyer and galleries. A grand two-story foyer leads to a rotunda with courtyard views. Formals are to each side of the entry. A beamed two-story ceiling accents the living room while a beamed ceiling, paneled wainscoting and built-in bookcases highlight the library.
