Create Your Own Jackpot!
Recently, I returned from a beautiful seven-day Caribbean cruise. While on the cruise ship, I would occasionally walk past the onboard casino. The sound of the slot machines constantly ringing, the dice rolling, the cards shuffling, and the wheels spinning reminded me of a few weeks before when I was in Las Vegas.
Immediately as I stepped off the plane in Vegas, the action was in motion.
Gambling was everywhere from the airport to the barber shops to the convenience stores to the hotels to the restaurants to the& (I think you get the point).
While staying at the Paris Hotel, I began to think of the millions of people who come to Las Vegas every year with one thing in mind: To Hit the Jackpot!
Then the idea came to me: Why don't they create their own jackpot? Most likely, they don't know they can create their own jackpot and they don't know how.
So, how do you create your own jackpot? I'm glad you asked...
1. Bet on yourself.
The next time you are tempted to turn on the TV and watch other people get rich, stop and make a conscious decision to engage in an activity that will directly benefit your family's financial future. Make a prospecting call. Follow-up with someone who has been on the fence about getting started with your opportunity or using your product. Do a three-way call for someone in your group. In other words, do something that shows you really believe in yourself and the powerful future you have envisioned for your family.
2. Be willing to "Double Down."
Instead of devoting your regular 10 hours per week to building your MLM Empire, every now and then double it and put in 20 hours. Over a period of time, you will be amazed at the payoff.
3. Scream out "Blackjack" from time to time.
Have you ever noticed the positive feeling that rushes through your body when you know you have "Blackjack"? Go ahead and yell it out right now& BLACKJACK! That's right. Do that as you're driving down the street or taking a soothing bath or in between prospecting calls. I know that some people will think you're crazy; however, you're probably used to it by now. After all, you are a Network Marketer.
4. Develop Triple 7 Days for yourself and your family.
A Triple 7 Day is when you have good things happen in sets of three. So the next time you get another person started in your business, immediately conduct three 3-way calls with people they know, or add three more people to your list, or immediately give out three samples of your product, or get three people to listen in on your next conference call. In other words, have one positive event immediately turn into at least three instantly.
If you do this enough, you will definitely create your own jackpot.
