They Will Find You!

One day while in Australia doing a training session, I had dinner with a lady who was earning over $50,000 per month with the Network Marketing Company she was involved in. During our conversation, she asked me the following question, "Jerry, How do you find leaders?"

 

I paused for a moment and then replied, "You don't. They find you."

 

I could tell she was a bit startled, so I continued:

 

"You don't have to go and find anyone. They will find you. They find you because you attract them. The way you attract them is by you becoming who you desire to attract."

 

I then asked her to get out a sheet of paper and write down all characteristics of the people she would like to attract. I told her to look at that list carefully and then start working on developing all of those characteristics in herself.

 

I said, "Once you have developed those characteristics yourself, then you will notice that other people with those similar characteristics will tend to gravitate your way. Your Gravitational Energy Field will pull them closer to you, and they will begin to orbit around you. They don't even have a choice in the matter, because your Gravitational Energy Field will be doing all the work.

 

"Your Gravitational Energy Field is based on who you are, and you will attract who you are. The good part about all of this is that you don't have to worry about spending so much time working on other people. Just focus on working on yourself and you will end up attracting the people who are attracted to your Energy Field. In other words, you don't have to worry about finding them because they will end up finding you."

 

After hearing all of this, she had a glow in her eyes, and I could tell that she felt like jumping for joy in the middle of the restaurant. Instead, she pounded her fist on the table, looked me in the eye, and said: "That's Awesome& I'm doing it."

 

Your Assignment:

 

1.      Take out a sheet of paper and write down the qualities of the type of person you desire to attract in your business.

2.      Work on yourself to make sure you have all those qualities to the degree that you would like the people you seek to have.

Become that person and you won't have to find leaders...
