The Three Elements Of MLM

The Three Elements

This business is made up of three elements.  This is basic information that you will want to learn and teach throughout your organization.  Let's find out what they are and which one will play the biggest role in determining our success.

I.  Products:

You already are aware of the life enhancing products and services that are available through Your Company.  If you're in Indonesia, then every distributor in Indonesia that's with the same company have access to the same products.  If you're in Canada, then every distributor in Canada have access to the same products.  If you're in Sweden, Indonesia, Japan, United States or any other country in which your company is represented then the products are the same for all distributors in each perspective area.  A distributor who has been in the business longer than another does not get a better selection of products.  Everyone has the opportunity to purchase and share the same products regardless of rank or socioeconomic status or anything else.  Therefore if one person is having massive success sharing the products and another person is not we would have to agree that it's not because of the products...

The products are a Constant for everyone.

II. Opportunity:

Your Company has laid out an opportunity that is the same for everyone.  It's not set up where if you are over 65 years old, then you can sponsor in 5 countries but if you're under 65 you can only sponsor in 2 countries.  If you're a Muslim, you get access to our state of the art computer system but if you're a Christian, you only get access to our 1979 Apple IIC computer system.  If you have 3 or more children, you can sponsor people under 18.  If you were born in Tasmania, the Fiji Islands, or in a garage, then you can have access to our advanced recruiting tools.  If you had a terrible childhood and were deprived of believing in Santa Clause, the Tooth Fairy, or the Easter Bunny Rabbit, then you can operate your business under our less restrictive Policies & Procedure manual.  I'm sure you think this is all ridiculous, and it is because the Opportunity available through your company is the same for all of you...

The Opportunity is a Constant.

So why can one person come in this business and become financially free within 2 years while the other is still saying that no one is interested in the business?  It's obviously not because of the Opportunity because as we've just said, the Opportunity is a constant.

So if the Products are a constant and the Opportunity is a constant, what element will make the difference in whether or not you succeed or fail in this business?

III. You:

This is the only variable in the three elements.  You are the difference that will make the difference.  It's not the Industry, the Company, the Products, or the Support.  Of course they all play a very important role in the overall picture.  Nevertheless, it's what you do with the other elements that will determine your future in this business.  You have to learn, understand, believe, embrace, and teach this concept.  There are a lot of things you can't control -- such as product back orders, computer failures, mail delays, high taxes, unexpected inflation, unreasonable interest rates, disastrous acts of nature, etc.  However, you can control your attitude regarding each of those situations and your attitude will be the biggest factor in the overall outcome of any situation.  Understand that you have been granted complete and unquestionable control over your mind.  Learn to use it in a way that is empowering and you will be able to accomplish your wildest dreams.

If you constantly focus on changing everything else around you, you will end up tired, stressed out, and frustrated.

If you constantly focus on changing you then you will realize that everything else around you will automatically change.

Remember, it's the YOU factor that makes the biggest difference!

Until Next Time...

Go, Go, Go!!!
