What The Bleep Down The Rabbit Hole (Notes)

Just a quick note to let you know that Thursday Night (the 26^th of January, 2006) I was invited as a special guest to attend a Pre-Screening of the next What The Bleep Movie... It's called, What The Bleep Down The Rabbit Hole... The official release of this Movie is sometime next Month in the USA...

All I can say is that it definitely takes you much DEEPER down the Rabbit Hole... (For those of you who've been waiting to go deeper down the Rabbit Hole, this is certainly your chance)... The rest of you may want to pass on this one because it gets deep...

Besides the special promotional DVD that they gave me, I took 6 Pages of Notes... I must say that I'm still digesting some of the info...

I’ve decided to Share some of my Notes with you here…

 

Keep in mind that these are simply a small portion of the overall context in which these statements / comments were made, and they were simply some of the points that jumped out at me…  Also, the notes where written down in my own words; thus, they are not necessarily exact quotes of what was said in the film…

 

• There was a point in time where Church and Science Divided Knowledge…  The Church took the Unseen and Science took the Seen…
• Our Human Brian is taking in over 4 Billion Bits of information per second; however, the inner “Spotlight” is only shining on about 2,000 bits at a time…  Thus, there is much more “Reality” taking place than what we are able to hone into at any given moment in time…  Another key point about this concept that I got from this is that if we “Shine” our internal “Spotlight” at a different 2,000 bits of information, we would experience a completely new “Reality” – Instantly!
• The concept of Classical Mechanics Vs. Quantum Mechanics were explained…  Basically, Classical Mechanics gives more of a Mechanistic view of the World and would have us believe that everything is Separate whereas Quantum Mechanics gives more of an Organic view of the World and would have us believe that everything in the World is Connected – and that this connection extends throughout Space and Time… 
• This last point brought up the concept of Entanglement – which basically says that everything (including us Humans) are all connected…  They mention that this would partially explain the phenomenon of ESP, Clairvoyance, Psycho-Kinesis, etc…  Of course these various forms of phenomenon has certainly not been understood in the past – especially when the only model to view them from was the Classical Model; also, since the Church has the Unseen part of knowledge and couldn’t make any sense of it, they deemed it as Witchcraft, the Devil, Evil, etc.  In fact, Tens of Thousands of people have been put to their Death as a result of them having the ability to tap into the Inner-Connectivity that surrounds us and which is represented through the concept of Entanglement…
• Superposition is another term that was discussed in this film…  This talks about Multiple Possibilities, and I won’t get into the details of trying to explain it here…  It’s one of those DEEP DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE discussions…
• There’s an Unbelievable Amount of Energy contained in “EMPTY” Space…  It represents Pure Abstract Potential – and this conversation was pretty DEEP as well…
• An Animated Character named “Dr. Quantum” explained a very well know experiment called the Double-Slit Experiment…  I remember studying this in a Physics class over 20 years ago…  Without going into the details of the experiment (which is pretty deep), the bottom line point that I got was the Observer Impacts the Results that are produced…  May I add that the way in which the impact occurs is the DEEP part…
• When you are Not Looking, then there are nothing but WAVES OF POSSIBILITIES… When you are Looking, then you have PARTICLES OF EXPERIENCE…  Whew… This explanation is DEEP… (Definitely in the Rabbit Hole type of conversation)…
• They talked about the Power of Human Thought and the Power of Human Intention…
• It was said in the Movie by someone that, “We all are Affecting the Reality that we see.  Even if we try to hide from it and play Victim”… Whoa, that was DEEP…  Here was the continuation of that thought… “Most people don’t affect Reality in a consistent and deliberate way because they don’t believe they can.”
• When you FOCUS, the Energy Density becomes Greater…  Thus, FOCUS could be a Powerful Tool of Creation for you if used in an Empowered way…
• It was said in the Movie that most people don’t create the results the say they want because deep down, those new results would interfere with their own hidden agendas of Emotional Addictions… (Wow!  They actually went there)…
• Someone in the Film said that your Mind is Co-Located here and out in Space…  (Yea, I know, they may have been smoking something in Amsterdam)…
• Ohhhhh… I’m not sure if I should write this next one down… Whew… It’s deep…  Ok, I feel you can handle it… Remember, I’m just reporting back to you what I heard… (grin)… Ok, here it goes… Someone in the movie said this:  “People fall in line when they are threatened by the Sentence of Everlasting Cosmic Punishment.”  (You heard right… They took it to the concept of “Hell”… That’s deep)…  It gets even deeper…  Someone in the Movie said that at times it has been known that Religion has played on our Insecurities and the fact that we – as Humans in general – don’t like to accept personal responsibility…  They went on to say don’t Blame Religion, instead, Blame our own Insecurities…  (Whoa… I don’t know if I should have revealed that part of my Notes… It was Deep and some peoples’ feelings may have been offended)...  Remember, I’m just reporting… (smile)…
•   The Cell has Receptors… Peptides Dock on the Cell Receptors, and Signals are sent to the Cell instructing it to produce certain Chemicals in order to ignite certain Feelings and Emotions…  The process of addictions happens (somewhat) in this fashion…
• Most people don’t change because change in and of itself means that we have to abandon “ourselves” – our “identity”…
• Each Cell is “Live” and has a “Consciousness”… In fact, the Cell is the smallest unit of consciousness…  Our Cells may say, “Hey, I haven’t gotten my “Fix” for the day” – then the body tells the brain that it’s not getting its Chemical needs meet and then the brain starts going to the Past to see what it will take to assist in getting the “Fix” taken care of…  Ultimately, we end up creating situations that meet our Chemical Needs…  Whoa… Another DEEP point…  It gets DEEPER… In the Movie, someone said, “For some people, everything becomes about pain”…  Most people don’t leave situations that they intellectually know isn’t empowering for them simply because they don’t want to go through the “Chemical Withdrawals” that very well may occur… (OUCH... Did you feel that)…  DEEP STUFF…
• This is DEEP also… Someone said, “Sometimes you Go through the Crap so you can eventually see the Trap.”
• Here’s a DEEP statement:  “You’re never going to Die, and you were never Born.”
• There was an Entire Segment talking about the Flatlanders…  All I can say is this one is DEEP and I found it to be the most POWERFUL couple of minutes within the entire movie… It was so DEEP that I’m not going to give it up here… You will have to see it for yourself…
• I will leave you with this NOTE, which was one of my last ones:  “If you are wondering What you will Become, the answer is you’ll have to Become it in order to Know.”

Once again… All I can say is DEEP STUFF in this What The Bleep Down The Rabbit Hole Movie… 

 

Even though much of the interviews are from the same people who were included in the first Bleep Movie (which you may know that many of them I've personally interviewed and have available on my special Standing on The Shoulder of Giants series called the QUANTUM GIANTS), they did add a few new people in this Down The Rabbit Hole, Bleep Movie…  Also, about 75% of the Movie is new material and about 25% are from clips which were included in the What The Bleep Do We Know Movie…  Nevertheless, this one truly is DEEPER…  I certainly don’t think they would have done as well on the first Movie if they had gone this deep initially… Even though they still ruffled some feathers with the first one, they most definitely played it smart by not releasing certain content upfront…

 

I’m going to have to call the Director (whom I’ve interviewed) Mark Vicente and say this one statement to him:  “Mission Accomplished”…

 

So to sum it up, I’m I suggesting or recommending that you go and see this Movie?

 

Only if you truly want to go DEEPER DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE…
